Egypt Film Commission (Affiliated to the Egyptian Media Production City company) announced the success of the visit of the famous international YouTuber and content creator "IShow Speed" to the Giza Pyramids plateau and the Grand Egyptian Museum, which aims at discovering the magic of Egypt, knowing closely its ancient civilization and highlighting its tourist attractions. This visit is part of a comprehensive campaign to promote Egypt as a tourist destination and highlight its unique cultural and historical treasures.
Egypt Film Commission supervised the entire organization of the visit, securing all necessary permits in coordination with relevant authorities and providing every possible facilitation to ensure its success.
The international YouTuber began his visit to the Pyramids plateau by taking a tour inside the Great Pyramid, accompanied by Ashraf Mohi, General Director of Giza Antiquities, who gave a detailed explanation about the secrets of the pyramid, its construction methods, and the genius of the engineering and planning concepts of the ancient Egyptians.
Speed gave a live broadcast from inside the Great Pyramid, conveying to the millions of followers around the world an exceptional experience from the heart of one of the greatest achievements of human civilization and the only remaining wonder of the ancient Seven Wonders of the World.
The YouTuber Speed expressed his great admiration for the greatness of the Great Pyramid and the genius of the ancient Egyptians. He also visited the area of the Sphinx statue, where he was keen to interact with visitors of the plateau, assuring them that the pyramids were built with exquisite genius, good planning and thinking, to remain a witness to one of the greatest civilizations in history and the maker of one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World.
The visit also included the Grand Egyptian Museum (GEM), where he was received by Dr. Ahmed Ghoneim, CEO of the Grand Egyptian Museum Authority, who emphasized the importance of communicating with content creators and influencers on digital platforms, given their effective role in reaching new audience segments especially the youths, in addition to presenting the Egyptian civilization in a modern way that keeps pace with the developments of digital media.
During the visit, the international YouTuber toured a number of the museum's halls, most notably the halls of King Tutankhamun and the Khufu Boat Museum, where he expressed his great admiration for the unique archaeological treasures and the museum's display scenario that highlights the greatness of the Egyptian civilization in a modern and dazzling style.
At the end of the visit, Dr. Ahmed Ghoneim gave the international YouTuber a souvenir from the Grand Egyptian Museum as an expression of the GEM’s appreciation for this special visit.
Opening New Horizons of Cooperation between EMPC and ICESCO
